Reps. Cluchey, Webb to host community forum with Public Advocate, examining home electricity costs
BOWDOINHAM – Rep. Sally Cluchey, D-Bowdoinham, and Rep. Kilton Webb, D-Durham, will host a community forum on Wednesday, September 30 with Maine’s Public Advocate, Heather Sanborn.
Rising energy costs, including electricity, are making life harder for Mainers across the state. Together, the panelists will examine an average electric bill and talk about how rates are set, what drives monthly costs and ways that ratepayers can save moving forward.
This event is free and open to the public.

Rep. Cluchey is serving her second term in the Maine House and represents House District 52, which includes the communities of Bowdoin, Bowdoinham, Richmond and Perkins Island Township. She serves on the Inland Fisheries and Wildlife Committee and the Health Coverage, Insurance and Financial Services Committee.
Rep. Webb is serving his first term in the Maine House and represents House District 98, which includes Durham, Pownal and portions of Lisbon, Bowdoin and Topsham. He serves on the Legislature's Energy, Utilities and Technology Committee.
